I came into the office today, 2.23.26, and was immediately greeted by Yesenia and Haley. From the moment I walked in, they were both welcoming, professional, and attentive. I had some concerns regarding a work order, and they took the time to listen carefully and make sure they fully understood the situation. Both of them were incredibly helpful and patient while addressing my concerns. They reassured me that everything would be taken care of and made sure I felt completely heard and understood before I left. Alexandria was incredibly helpful throughout our application process. We ran into an issue with our application, and she went above and beyond to assist us while also helping other residents who came into the office, all while managing everything on her own today. Thanks to her patience and dedication, we were able to resolve the issue and successfully complete our application. We truly couldn’t have done it without her! Great experience!

What a waste of time. Came in last week requesting to view a unit, was given a sales pitch and assurance before the dude in the middle of all the air freshener says "we have a lovely model for you to look at." I reiterated that we were only interested in seeing actual units and he offered to set up an appointment for today to make that happen. He also promised to put a note with the info we gave about this, as well as our price range and said if anything changed (the apartment not being available, time change, whatever) they would send us an email. Cool, so why were we passed off to someone else upon walking in and asked the same preliminary questions as if we hadn't already been there? From the very beginning, she has consistently gone above and beyond in ways that genuinely make a difference. Although the buildings are newly painted and look new, the units have roaches. I have lived at Riverpark for a few years and my maintenance requests usually take days to be taken care of. The maintenance people seem to be nice, despite it taking days to fix something. On the other hand the girls who work in the leasing office are so rude and not helpful at all. I have never experienced people so unprofessional. Also, neighbors are thefts, I had a package stolen and because there are so many units I couldn’t even tell who the theft was. I informed the leasing office and they told me to take it as a loss.
