Bad Management. Bad ownership. Bad, Bad, Bad... 1. Maintenance worker blew dust in my eyes while working on the roof of 8318 Dogbane Ave. Armando's assistant/service worker was there while this happened and personally apologized. 2. It took two weeks for me to receive an air filter after contacting Armando numerous times through text messages. 3. The day before Thanksgiving Armando accused me that one of my cars was not properly registered. I replied to him immediately to clarify that they were registered and my messages were ignored all day. 4. No response to email regarding reimbursement for us fixing dust leaks in the property. 5. I complained about Armando's action to the office; as a result he then says that I have to pay for blinds being fixed as a direct result of my complaint (lik
Nothing but good things to say about GCC Partners. They respond really fast whenever I have a concern. All very professional too! My home feels very safe which is mostly what I care about. 5 stars!!!
