I’m a mid range of liking and dislike because when we first moved in we heard a gunshot and someone got injured and then there’s stuff like service like how when we got a guy to come look at the AC they said it would be expensive because the AC makeup of it is pretty old and it leaks so they just put a duck tape and boom done. To fix the whole thing it would cost us a lot. I have nice neighbors which is a plus and they give good advice. So it’s not too bad living here.

HORRIBLE customer service. Horrible at getting work orders done, even when the roof is BROKEN, causing water damage to my nursery!!!! Hard to get ahold of, not timely with call backs and follow ups. Yards and grounds hardly kept up. Broken playground equipment. Should I go on?

The apartments are nice but there is never enough parking! If tenants pay their HOA fee by check, the HOA will not deposit them until after the due date and then claim that they were late! This is very dishonest! The alternative is paying the fee online, for which you have to pay an additional “convenience fee”.

We just moved in but so far it's clean. But people that live above us are very,very loud & the kids (older & big Kids ) jump up & down, run & play soccer in & in the stairway we have talked to the parents & they say they will talk to them & it won't happen again now after taking to them 3 times we not they are not doing anything about it we don't know what to do. I hope when we talk to the HOA that they will help.

The homeowner association sure does enforce the rules at this place if you like rules you'll like living here.
