Currently being remodeled. Office manager(s) are sweet. The playground is still the same as it was before Gadsden housing authority took over. Most of the trees that was the property are gone now. And instead of the big green dumpsters we have little black ones that tend to be overfilled quite frequently
They're ok. They just need to put more work into them fr. If COLLEGE MANORS apts can get remodeled then they can over here too!
Good to help low income ppl but let too much drama go on the grounds and drugs
They are being remodeled but yeah right
Decent apartments but the tenants are aweful to each other.
