Riverbend Apartments

So far not a great experience at all, the first property manager, when we first gave our deposit told us we would be in our apartment within 5 days.This was back in March, we then after leaving our previous place, spent 21 days paying for a motel which we have tried getting reimbursed for since the employee for EEG Management had told us one thing and it turned out to be a whole other timeline. I had emailed the current property manager the billing info and it was said that it would be forwarded up to the company and that is the last thing that I have heard of it, no other reponse. In May, we had a fire that affected our building melted some vinyl mostly asthetic damage and to date no work has been done to fix anything. There are piles of vinyl and other trash/debris from this event still

I initially gave a bad review About these apartments But after living here going on the second month, my apartment manager has rectified most of the Concerns with the apartment. It is June 17,2025 we have air yes a brand new unit. Thank you Patty. We do have a great apartment manager. She’s doing the best she can to get this place in better condition. I’ve heard nothing but good things about her from other tenants sitting around the pool. It’s actually beautiful here and peaceful. The pool is also a plus it’s a big pool and it goes all the way up to 6 feet so you can actually swim in it and there’s plenty of seating room where you don’t have to be cramped up. Great apartments they’re very quick about resolving any issues . The property manager Mrs.Patty is amazing such a sweet woman!

Incredibly disappointed in management. They called their tenants and told them they had a credit, tenant said they did not, management said they did and they ripped up the check. Cool, there were several times the move in date (in January-February) had been pushed back, so it was possible. Then, a month later, the tenant has been told it was management’s fault, but there is now a missed July payment and, if not paid in full in 7 days, an eviction underway! The new manager admitted she did not look at the books properly and the old manager had not properly entered allotted monies. Tenant offered half at the end of this month and half next, they said no that it is not their problem and the eviction happens if 80% is not paid in 7 days.

I can only take a year of this place. Twice I lost everything after just buying groceries due to the refrigerator going out. A water heater on the third floor exploded and all that water came down two floors right into our apartment. I got up over a hundred gallons with my carpet shampooer but couldn't get it all. I got absolutely no help. Only promises that were promptly broken. The smell was horrible and soon turned into mold. Some of my furniture was ruined and my wife and I got sick from the combination of mold and that awful smell. Four times the manager promised to send someone to clean their mess. I never saw anyone. The rent keeps climbing but nothing is being done to help the people effected by similar situations. Poor lighting and dangerous stairwells throughout the property is c
