Do not believe any of the positive reviews. They are likely fake or due to a.. “please leave a positive review and we will put you in a drawing to take x amount of money off one months rent”. We are SURROUNDED by marijuana every single day and management will not address the issue. It’s so bad. I keep candles lit 24/7, every room has an air freshener, we have the vents closes off and still the smell is in our clothes, bedding, etc. It is horrible. Other tenants from different buildings and I have complained multiple times but nothing has changed. All that has been done about it is a few blanket messages sent out to everyone threatening eviction, yeah right. Management doesn’t care at all about us who are doing our best to live in a marijuana free home and keep our clothes, our children’s c

Me and my husband have been here for a little over a year and we love it. It's a very quiet, peaceful place and both Karen (management) and maintenance are prompt and polite with any questions or concerns. The grounds and parking lots are very clean and kept that way, Karen seems to take great pride in this. Overall we are very happy with our experience thus-far.

Just a wonderful place to live. The property is beautiful and well maintained! Ms Carren the property manager is top notch and Donnie in maintenance is always there to handle any problems. I couldn't be more pleased with Pine Ridge and the wonderful staff!

I have lived here for almost 2 years now and I wouldn’t recommend a single other place but this one. Carren works hard and is always on top of it. It’s a quiet and safe place! If there’s ever an issue Donnie gets right on it and solves the problem in a heartbeat. This place is elderly and kid friendly as well!

The property manager Karen has been so helpful through the entire leasing process. It is apparent she cares greatly about the property and her residents through the maintenance keep up and her kindness and informative manner.
