Manger is disrespectful n has a nasty attitude n needs to get checked by the right person 😭😭

I lived here two years and they returned my full deposit without any issues. The management is great. Anytime I had a maintenance request, they handled it right away. They were always friendly and professional and they have a whole landscaping team that keeps the grounds looking very nice.

Don’t waste your time with this apartment. Manager is unprofessional and very rude. If you step in they won’t refund your security deposit back. It doesn’t matter how clean you do before move out. They still charge you as much as possible without give you any receipts to proof what they do because they don’t want to refund your money back. They have many apartments around that area way more better than this apartment. Please take your time to find somewhere around. You will be regret and cry if you stay here.

Horrible experience with the lady in the office. Don't even waste your time. Just as run down as it looks... Forget about inquiring about availability - She would rather sell you on an airbnb than talk about their own units. Better yet, a simple 'no availability' would have sufficed. I'll be better off than having to deal with that every month anyway. Yikes..

This is the worst apartment in Natomas. The office staff and management has very poor business ethics and are great at violating legal laws. There are also some sick "legally protected" birds that die a dime a dozen and the management does nothing about the removal of the dead or live birds. The house centipedes were also an issue. These apartments are just way too unsanitary and unhealthy.
