Riverbend Club Apartments

have not been impressed with this rental company at all. From the very start, they gave me the incorrect key and mailbox key to my apartment. I still never received my mailbox key up until moving out. I let them know during my move out process that I never received my mailbox key that I never received it. They threw the incorrect keys away because they don’t know what apartment they go to. Fast forward 2 months, they send me a bill for $50 saying I lost the mailbox key that they never gave me. Besides that, my apartment was so beat up, the back door didn’t even shut correctly and there was an inch gap under the back door that let all sorts of critters in. They also threatened to evict my roommate her first month there because she unknowingly owed $5 to them and she received no prior notice

College town apartments. You don't have to be a UGA student but keep in mind you are expected to move out. I believe there is a summer option. The building my daughter lived in was not updated. The bedrooms each had their own sink but shared a shower and toilet area They did have a back patio as well. There is a community pool as well. Each tenant does their own lease. Plenty of p parking

if you enjoy monster cockroaches and a maintenance that won’t fix anything, come to venita place you’ll enjoy all of the trash, cockroaches infested, smelly, uncleaned/unmaintained living spaces! even giving one star is generous. make sure to like the message so more ppl see this

Overall, every complex around this place is better. Save yourself some trouble and go to polo club instead.
