River Terrace Crossing - David Weekley Homes

I can’t speak on their homes as much, since we didn’t purchase our home with David Weekly. But we did purchase a house next to theirs. As they were building their home, we had just finished landscaping our side yards with river rocks. Their building contractors ruined our landscaping by putting heavy equipment on it, throwing things down onto our side of the home, and getting mud on it. Although this was frustrating, we tried to be a good neighbor and being patient with them. We understood that giving the close proximity of the homes, it’s difficult for the contractors not to walk onto our side. Although a heads up, proper consideration for the money we dumped into it, or attempting to cover it would have been nice. None of that was done by the contracting company or David weekly’s superin
