River Ridge Apartments

I have lived at River Ridge Apartments just over a year now, and I recently signed a renewal for another year. The location is fantastic, and the apartments themselves are very nice. I live in a unit with an attached garage, and I love my floor plan. My apt has a huge kitchen, vaulted ceilings, and is very spacious. I also like the granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The office and maintenance team are very friendly and helpful, and Holly is a great manager. Anytime I have had any type of issue, they address it as soon as possible. I also like that the office hosts several resident events and they are good about communicating with residents. Overall, Rover Ridge is a great place to call home, and I highly recommend it.

DON’T MOVE HERE. The office has great customer service when you’re preparing to move in, but once you sign the lease, they deprioritize (and sometimes ignore) your requests & questions. There is dog waste EVERYWHERE. Mgmt is aware and does nothing after repeated requests to, at the bare minimum, remind the community to have the basic decency to clean up after their pets. The apts inside look really nice and are very spacious for the price, but they are horribly LOUD. The upstairs neighbor’s footsteps will sound like actual stomping all day/night. You will hear them talking, their toilets flushing, and their washer/dryer at all hours of the day/night. The traffic noise is awful too, with the single pain windows (lots of nice looking windows with great lighting, but they also lets in excessi

I did not have a request. I had an emergency. My refrigerator went out the day after Thanksgiving your on-call crew were the best but you gave me a beat up refrigerator my previous request were denied never happened so as far as the apartments are concerned, I give you a zero as far as the on-call maintenance guys are concerned I give them a 10 your subcontractor who replaced the furnace upstairs must’ve had one hell of a leak because it flooded my laundry room while I wasn’t home. What a mess. Thanks for all you do.

Had a great touring experience with the property manager, her name was Cintia. She was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable about the property. All my questions were answered clearly, and the tour felt organized and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Just moved in this weekend and i love this place! Bri was super helpful on the tour and really helped settle me in especially for someone coming all the way from Texas. Had a Maintenance issue yesterday and they were there the next day after I requested it. Super glad I chose to move here!
