River Oaks

I’ve lived here over the course of two years and two different management companies and I can attest that things have improved significantly since the new one has taken over. The Maintence staff, specifically Jose & Andrew, are very friendly and quick to respond to issues as they arise. The common areas (pool, gym, clubhouse) are always well kept & the actual community is very kind. Walls are a little thin & in the non-carpeted apartments you can hear all the footsteps of people above you but that’s true of most places. Also, I don’t think the hot tub has worked the entire time I’ve lived here but overall it’s been a very pleasant experience.

Jose and his maintenance crew are so kind and always very helpful. They helped fix a leak from my bathroom ceiling and during the process they were very nice people and made sure to do a great job. Anytime I need them they are always able to help no matter what time.

The front desk staff truly listens, empathizes, and genuinely cares about your experience living here. They have been helpful and supportive. The maintenance team is quick, efficient, and friendly — they even made my pup feel comfortable. The apartment itself has been quiet with beautiful views. It’s close to the Jordan Parkway trail, golf course, and shopping.

I am pleased to write a positive review for River Oaks Apartments. The maintenance staff Jose and Andrew have always provided prompt courteous service whenever they arrive. The front office manager Katalina is very nice and addresses my questions and concerns with respect. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to a friend.

I lived here for about a year and moved out roughly a year and a half ago. Leaving was the best decision I could have made. We were told before moving in that our rent and monthly costs would be one price. After we signed and moved in, the amount we were paying each month ended up being hundreds of dollars more. There were fees and charges that were never clearly explained when we first asked about pricing. It felt dishonest and misleading. We were moved into a “newly renovated” apartment, but it was obvious very quickly that the work was poorly done. Our cupboard doors started falling off within days. We constantly had bugs.
