Nestwell Property Management

Phenomenally different experience working with Nestwell than other PMs. I ultimately wasn't able to land the home I wanted, but the service and agents were in communication with me regularly. As opposed to *other major PMs in Salt Lake*, there was no weird pressure or financial demands that were constantly put on me throughout the process. I received regular communication via email on the status of things, and was able to easily get ahold of a real person to speak with. Also - what a better experience having a real person coordinate and guide me through the home rather than a barrage of template text messages with no real human.

Claudia has been so amazing. She has been so quick to respond giving me updates every day. She has been very kind. She has worked efficiently professionally and she has put me at ease through this application process. Claudia has been amazing to work with it’s because of her that I would highly recommend nestwell properties But overall, they are just a good company to work for thank you Claudia. I appreciate all your hard work.

I wanted to take a minute and write a review of the experience. We had in preparing to work with Carlos from Nestwell. It definitely is a thorough process with a lot of paperwork, but it was important paperwork and Carlos made the process go smooth as possible. We appreciate all the effort that he put into it to get us into a property and we look forward to working with them in the future.

I've worked with Claudia, and I loved the experience! The process was very engaging and informative! Thank you Claudia for your help! We love our new home!!!! I was also like to ask that Claudia was very patient and willing to work with us. We had some complications when it came to uploading the correct paperwork, but she held on fast. I truly appreciate Claudia and the Nestwell family team.

Carlos walked me through every step of the way. He stayed on the phone with me to make sure I understood every detail. It felt like he truly cared and wanted the best for me! Katie was very responsive and helpful as well and they both went out of their way to meet my needs. Would highly recommend!
