As a 5 year resident (always ahead on my rent) Eileen in the office is outstanding, as well as the maintenance staff. The on-site Manager is in WAY over her abilities. Regional Manager is unprofessional in being unresponsive to emails and phone calls, then promoted to VP?? Watch your "community utilities" VERY carefully. Just so you know, residents are paying all of the utilities for; the office, the water for the adjoining park, and for the water leaks from broken pipes in the entire complex. Everyone was overcharged but only the residents sufficiently informed on resident rights received any refund. The office staff has always been friendly, helpful, and professional, but Ms. Eileen deserves a special mention. She's simply amazing. She's kind, incredibly organized, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is handled with care. From the moment we walked into the Liberty Landing office until we signed our contract, we experienced the most helpful, friendly, and attentive service from Ms. Eileen that we've ever received at any other property. She greeted my family and me with a genuine smile, showed us the entire model home, and then helped us through the rigorous approval process until move-in. She is professional and hardworking, always there in the office for anything we needed before, during, and even after we moved in.
