Signed contract based on a 6% rate...after 1 month of waiting to close Stanley martin tried to strong arm us into signing a 9% rate...when we refused to sign Stanley martin would not give our $1000 deposit. The Builder The Realtor And Stanley martin are a joke I am glad we didn't buy a 2005 home in 2025...in the end you did us a favor. Thank you
