River Cove Apartments

I’ve lived here for 11 years. The last 3 years have been terrible. Nothing gets fixed the laundry room is a mess and has destroyed countless clothes. It’s only run through an app and can use quarters. The manager Dean does absolutely nothing. We have people at the pool until 1 am screaming and when telling dean about it he does nothing about it. Kids were throwing fire crackers at the pool. Went to his place where you can even hear it from there. Terrible Management and facilities. Mold in most apartments that takes 6 months at least to even come and check it. I hate it here and wish I could afford to leave

My partner and I are now approaching 3 years at River Cove, and our experience has been nothing short of pleasant. The grounds and facilities here are beautifully maintained, pool is often cleaned, laundromat is always functioning, and the neighborhood is peaceful. RC's property manager Dean, does an amazing job at informing the residents of any news or concerns, and truly cares about the place (often picking up trash during his lunch breaks) along with the people that live here (often having visitors dropping by to chat/say hi/drop off goodies). And thus, our reliable community manager, dependable maintenance crew, and routine groundskeeping make this complex one of the very best the area has to offer.

Before moving in here at this complex my girlfriend and I have been looking for 3 months to find a good apartment with good management and someone who wouldn’t take advantage of first time renters such as ourselves. We are beyond grateful and lucky to have ended up here with our manager Dean!!! He is great at what he does and makes us feel like we can truly call this a home!

The grounds are clean and quiet! Everything is well maintained has a sense of organization. Just a few steps from a huge park with plenty of space for any activity. The apartments themselves are also very clean and well kept! The manager Dean is by far the friendliest most communicative manager I have ever met and is very willing to go above an beyond with answering any and all questions or even just keeping you in the loop of what’s going on with your application. The entire apartment complex feels like a community and people that were walking around seemed to have a great relationship with management. I had a great experience here would highly recommend stopping by if your searching for a place to put down roots. Thank you Dean for a great experience and for being the best manager I have

The manager of this complex,Dean is professional and kind. My daughter moved into her first place and as concerned parents we scrutinized the complex thoroughly. It is well run, looked after closely with a sense of pride. You rarely see this level of care for a community or the level of detail in which he runs the show. Even at a higher price point. Extremely clean and well appointed units, with a great community. I'm old school, I appreciate a down to earth manager who runs a property well, with kind people who wave to each other. No nonsense.
