Always quick to respond, extremely patient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure my roommates and I were able to get approved and signed. I've loved River City as an architectural gem since I first saw it over ten years ago and I've been fortunate enough to be able to call it my home for nearly two years now and hopefully many more to come! The building itself is obviously gorgeous, the amenities are fantastic, the location is great, and the staff is absolutely phenomenal. I genuinely couldn't be happier to live here!

Did a tour here with Jasmine and it was great. The building is older but the renovated units are great especially the price for the amount of space and location. Great amenities as well especially the fitness center. Jasmine was great throughout the tour.

Have lived here for past 14 months. Upgraded modern units with W/D! Parking is expensive but it’s convenient and covered. I’ve enjoyed my time at River City. Maintenance team is always one click away from the app. Friendly staff and great gym! Conrad was very helpful and friendly!

Great experience with finding an apartment, especially thanks to Graciela. As an international traveler its not easy to go through the process but with Graciela’s ongoing support I was able to rent an apartment in less than a week and have everything ready for my arrival.
