Rittenhouse Station

Living at Rittenhouse has been such a great experience! The entire staff from the office to custodians are so kind and personable. They really do care about you here! They are always doing fun give always, events, free food and movies on the lawn! There is always so much to do and get involved with! Not to the mention the apartments are so spacious and cozy feeling! My roomies and I love Rittenhouse !

If I could do 10 stars I would. I inspected fire extinguishers here many times and Tom and ash the maintenance team r incredible! They r so kind and friendly to work with as they walked us through the units. They have all college kids living here and their is soooo many cute guys that live here as well!! I loved walking into the apartments seeing a cute college jock standing there shirtless! Made me happy. Tom if ur reading this im gay . I think you know who this is.

I’ve had a great experience at the Rittenhouse Station, and a big part of that is thanks to Evan. Anytime I’ve needed help with something in the apartment, he’s been quick to respond and always willing to do whatever it takes to make sure things are taken care of. He’s professional, friendly, and makes living here a lot easier. Really appreciate all the help he’s given me. Would recommend living here!

If you’re considering living at Rittenhouse, definitely do it. I’ve only been here for about a week, but so far everything’s been great. Everyone in the office is super friendly and welcoming, the apartment is really nice and spacious, and they host a ton of fun events and raffles for the residents!

Always Excellent Customer Service in the Leasing Office. The employees were always helpful - especially Evan, who went out of his way numerous times to assist me with an issue. He was patient, kind, and helpful. Thank you Evan and Thank You Rittenhouse Station for giving my son a good experience.
