Rio Seco Apartments

Everyone here helps me with the overwhelming number of things to remember and do. I was in a stressful crisis (health and sudden move stress) and needed lots of attention and explaining, and that’s exactly what they ALL gave me. I feel so welcomed. It’s a great experience!! Thanks a million!

Living at Rio Seco has been a wonderful experience. The apartments are comfortable, well-designed, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The area feels safe and peaceful, making it perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with family. The common areas are always clean and well-maintained. Definitely a great place for anyone looking for comfort and quality of life.

As someone who typically owns their home and hates renting, I can say our stay here (around 8 months while we house hunted) was a very positive experience. First off all, management is friendly and maintenance is very on top of requests. I’m talking they got answered within a couple hours, or next day. Second, people here seem pretty friendly. I lived in building 11 and noted remarkably low noise levels from the neighbors. Lots of kids who play in the common areas and swim in the pool daily. Third, and this one’s a kicker: I had one, maybe two baby roaches my entire stay. Which is basically nothing for apartments. I can only speak for building 11 on that, but overall the grounds are well-kept. Lots of shady trees on the interior.

Very unhappy with management and regular issues. Besides other issues in the past, my mom, a resident of the complex and an elderly woman, as of today Feb 19,2026 no hot water for the past 6 days.

The Office Crew is the best ... The maintenance men have always been Quick to fix the problem... Richard...Angel...and the Young Man I think he's name is Ryan or Brain He is such a sweet young man
