Riley Towers

I have had a great experience with Riley Towers! I especially want to highlight 3 employees that I feel go above and beyond to make tenants feel cared for. Linde, a leasing consultant, has been extremely pleasant to work with. She is very kind, communicative and helpful in answering questions, filling out paperwork, and really meeting any concerns or needs. Secondly, both Garden and Dyamond from concierge are absolutely wonderful. They too are very helpful and responsive, I feel they have made me feel very safe and valued as a tenant. Overall recommend this apartment and these people!

I moved into Riley Towers in June/July 2025 because it has always been one of my dream apartments. The windows are to die for. You really do get the most value here given the amenities. The floorplans are bigger than other apartments in the area. Parking rates are comparable. Everything is gated/feels secure. The cultural trail is on the corner. Every maintenance request has been fixed in a timely manner. The leasing staff are readily available and so nice. It might be a little on the older side but still a wonderful apartment. I can walk to work easily. I hope to live here for a few years!

So far I really like it here. Shout-out to ms synaia in the leasing office. That girl is a winner and so charming. Moving here makes me feel good about moving here from Denver. This is nice.

Enjoyed the tour. Very professional leasing team. However, I was a bit disappointed to see how over the years, the complex is really starting to show its age. But I still want to be first on the waiting list for a 3 BR unit. Thanks. Randy Webber

I’ve been here for about 8 months, and so far I really love living here! My apartment is nice, everyone who works here is kind, and maintenance requests get handled very quickly. My only complaints are that the in unit washer dryers are the 2in1 kind (so they take awhile to dry clothes) and that there’s no visitor parking. Otherwise it’s great!
