Be careful. Upon move out they will take all your security deposit and ask for hundreds more. If you're planning on staying forever, great, but the moment you leave they will take you to the cleaners.

Take note: MOST of these reviews are because of previous management. Management now is incredible. Eylene in the office has been wonderful since day one, tackling our concerns and checking in on us afterwards. The maintenance team is quick to come around and fix things - usually within 24 hours of submitting a maintenance. Living here is easy living because of the people work are working to make it a good place to live after a previous management ruined it for many folks. You won’t find many openings now, but if you do - take it!

My friends and I were delayed 30 days after our initial move-in date because they were "still doing repairs". This was after we had signed the lease, and in writing had agreed on our move-in date. After calling and asking what repairs needed to be done, we were told that no one could inform us because of liability reasons. If we had not had other places to stay, we would have had to pay for a motel for a month (without being compensated) and put all our things in a storage unit, or we would have ended up on the streets. We completed our one-year lease and spent 12 hours cleaning our apartment from top to bottom. They emailed us about 2 months after move-out asking for a forwarding address, so we assumed we would receive money back. Instead, they charged us an additional 500 dollars on top

Brunette woman in leasing office is EXTREMELY RUDE. Zero customer service skills. I can’t imagine what a nightmare it must be to deal with her if you were an actual resident.

First 6 months was alright- but they can’t keep a manager on staff, up until a few weeks ago the office was open maybe a few hours a week. Now although the office is staffed, they don’t seem like they want to be there, responding to tenants in rude and aggressive ways. Even on the lower end of rents in the area I feel we are paying way too much to live in these poorly manufactured and poorly managed apartments. Only sign on if you want to hear everything your neighbours are up to, in the bedroom, hallways, every footstep and conversation. No peace and not worth living in a building where the walls are so thin you can hear someone closing their microwave.
