Ridgeview Place Apartments

I am a 3+ year resident of Ridgeview Place Apartments and miss Norma who works here is always so kind and is very good at cleaning and maintaining our complex. She always is sweet to talk to as I go to the apt gym or as I’m walking around the complex. Great experience living here overall too. Maintenance team is great at their jobs. Everybody who works here waves at me and other folks passing thru.

Norma is one of the best front desk employees at Ridgeview. She is always kind, helpful, and supportive no matter the situation. She truly cares about residents and always goes above and beyond. Ridgeview is lucky to have her.

Norma, did all this process easy and fast she was really attentive in all details. She Just mak all easy for me. Will recommend Her if you are trying to move to Ridgeview place aparments.

Norma is really knowledgeable of her job. Every time I need assistance she greets with a smile. She treats me like I’m the only person in the office. Great job!!!

Honestly, terrible experience. The two years I lived there, the apartment was infested with roaches. TWICE we had to do a "move out clean" where we pulled all items from the walls and cabinets, cleared closet out so that pest control could spray our entire apartment. We requested weekly pest control, but we were lucky if they came once every other month. In June 2024 our Latch door lock broke and we were given a deadbolt with no time frame of when it would be replaced. Each time we called maintenance we had to take our key down to get a copy made because they continued to loose it! Moved out April 2025 - still didn't have a replaced Latch door lock. Our AC did not work in the summer. We would have the thermostat set to 73 and when we got home, the apartment would be reading 83!! We submitt
