Management team is always on point, you can literally text Ms Kristy at midnight and she’ll respond! You put in a work order and someone will be there immediately. Volunteer properties is doing a great job with this property!

I respect pinewood apartments/management!, I have been staying in these apartments for 4 years in it has been the best experience!. I have been behind on my rent a couple of times. And they have always been there to help me no matter what!.They understand when life throws you curve balls all you have to do is communicate with them. they have community events as well for the kids and adults in that's very great for the community to get to know one in other. In I have been here for this whole change they are doing now in I love it!!!!. I just want to say thank you guys very much in I appreciate everything 😊 in for the viewers don't hesitate you will love it here peaceful in quite and friendly community!.

The upgrades done to our property are great! The new windows look so much nicer, especially without the window units now. Our property Manager Kristy it very attentive and things are always taken care of in a timely manner! Maintenance as well.

iv been living here for a few years now, the property manager is very nice and helpful. She resounds back to any need that i may have in a timely manner. They are always lookin for ways to improve the property inside and out. maintenance is also every good with responding if you need something fixed or have a maintenance emergency.

Half decent place if you need somewhere to float for a year AND if you get in on a half decent rate. Can't recommend staying after the first year since they want to increase rent so much without any real justification. It can be decently quiet but the constant renovations to the exterior and windows / doors gets old when the workers they hire couldn't care less about your stuff. Leaving messes for you to come clean up for them and getting paint / debris on your belongings. Like I said, if you can get in at a decent rate it's not the worst. But paying over 1k a month for a 2 bedroom WITHOUT washer dryer hookups, dishwasher, or central heat and air is definitely too steep. Attached are a few photos of damage that has yet to be fixed after months / weeks or damages from the constant in and
