I would give negative stars if I could. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT I lived here for 3 years without an issue. but after the last on site property manager left and one of the regional managers stepped in. things were not the same. She came to my door with an eviction notice saying i had 3 days to pay rent or vacate and this Regional Manager literally had my rent check that I deposited to them in their hand. saying it was "unverified" but i told them no this check is from my place of employment how is it unverified? its signed and has all the correct information. after a short convo they said "okay just throw away the paper." (the eviction notice they tried to serve me) so they lied about it being unverified because I would have had to do something or provide something to verify it. this person ju

I hate to give a one-star review however it seems like I've been calling the last several days to inquire about information about potentially running from there my husband and i. And every time I call no matter if it's in the morning in the afternoon or no matter what time of day. First of all the manager or management team of this place never answers and when they give you the option to press one to leave a message the voicemail is always full is never cleared out and you can never get through or a hold of anybody. I honestly don't know how they expect to attract new tenants and renters if no one can talk to them on the phone or leave a voicemail.

My Husband and I have lived in these apartments sense July of last year and we have had a wonderful experience living here!!! The Manager Virginia is so awesome she has helped us out so much and the Grounds Keeper Mario keeps the community so nice and clean!!! We have had no complaints at all!!! When they say they will get a problem fixed they get it done in a timely manner!!! We would recommend this place to anyone!!! Thanks Ridgeland for being awesome!!! Lindsay and Jared Richhart

This apartment complex is a freaking joke!!....The apartments have 3 bedrooms with 1 and half bathroom, the place i was there, one of the bathrooms didnt work, it will flush and fill up the toilet and flood the bathroom even though it wasnt clogged, their plumbing are taped with white tape around them, so watch out for it. A lot of drug dealers and gang related people neighbors on this place also, do not rent on this place!! they are rip offs, and the manager acts like this place is a mansion with her stupid inspections. This place has fall and spring inspections every single year, if they find a problem they will charge you for it, maintenance work is poorly done, for the price they ask is 790 bucks a months which still a rip off after you find out the issues this place has. 10 Reasons Not To Move Here: I wish I'd seen these reviews before I moved in. Had I read what some of these people have said I'd have kept looking. 1. Virginia the "on-site" resident manager is never open. Ever. How are you supposed to conduct business when she's never there? (She's actually home, just has the closed sign up so you go away...) 2. Management is unapproachable. Good luck if you have to deal with Yolanda Ramirez... (She knows NOTHING about LIHTC properties...) 3. Good luck getting maintenance taken care of timely and the correct way. They sure used a lot of duct tape around this place... 4. Your neighbors can be as loud as they want. True story. 5. You want to enjoy a peaceful evening at home? Not going to happen if you live here. Too much noise from the people you share wall
