ICO Fairbourne Station Apartments

I’ve lived here for about 6 months. This is hands down the best place I have ever lived. The units are up to date with little to no noise from my neighbors next to me. The maintenance team is lightning fast!! You simply text the office and they are at your door within a couple of hours it’s great. The Leasing staff, Emma, Emily etc are always so kind and treat all their interactions with prompt professionalism. The gym is a 10/10 with very modern equipment that’s high quality enough for intermediate-advanced lifters not just your typical hotel style gym. the basketball court is 10/10. Thanks to Katerina for always keeping the court clean, mopped & swept multiple times a week. It keeps players safe from slipping. I also see Sonia constantly working so hard!!! I love living at ICO Fairbourne Station. The amenities are amazing, the gym, hot tub and pool are always clean! Jenni and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the location is perfect with easy access to Trax and shopping. It’s a comfortable, safe, and beautiful place to live!

Well kept, fantastic staff, fast maintenance responses, and very clean. A bit on the expensive side for me, but the rooms were nice. As a note, some of their two bedroom apartments are actually one bedroom and a den, so the second bedroom may not have any windows. That worked out quite nicely for me, but it may be a problem for some people and it's something to be aware of. Whenever I had maintaince issues they typically had someone there same day or next day to fix it Being within walking distance of the library and Costco was really nice!

I have lived here for the last year and it has been amazing, is peaceful, and the community areas are well maintained and clean, it’s nice to feel at home when there’s is always maintenance staff, always greeting us, Sonia is the nicest person, always seeing her on her daily duties, and always happy and smiling, definitely make us feeling at home. Having a good staff that make us feel cared for is always really appreciated it.

I’ve been living at ICO Fairbourne Station since May 2025, and overall it’s been a good experience. The community itself is nice and well maintained. The location is one of the biggest positives — it’s close to the Metro, grocery stores, gyms, and pretty much everything you need day to day. The amenities are also good. There’s a pool, jacuzzi, and a small gym. The gym isn’t huge, but it works fine, and most people I know go to outside gyms anyway. The leasing office and management team have always been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed support. They’re welcoming and easy to talk to, which honestly makes living here much smoother. I appreciate the way they handle things and hope they keep it up.
