Tuscany Cove Apartments

We have been experiencing ongoing foul odors coming from appliances in our apartment that have persisted for months. While the maintenance team members themselves have always been respectful, responsive, and have done what they can during visits, the larger concern is that the issue does not seem to be treated as a priority by the office or management. This is frustrating and concerning because these odors create an unsanitary living environment and can directly impact our health and quality of living. We understand that some issues can take time, but when problems continue without proper resolution or urgency, it leaves tenants feeling unheard and stuck dealing with unhealthy conditions. I really enjoy working with Tenise and Reyna. All of the maintenance guys. The whole team is super knowledgeable the get things done right away. They are an amazing team.

Giselle should be replaced she only helps who she wants and is very rude and unprofessional.. The other mangers are awesome.. Giselle is probably not even her real name might want to check her status n family status at the apartment.

I have lived in these apartments going on two years now and they are a really great starter home for my and my little family, I have had a lot of bump going in life but I am truly grateful that Gisselle in the leasing office has been very kind and super helpful towards everything with the apartments the workers here try there best to make the community great
