Ridgedale Manor

Although I wasn’t approved, I still want to share that I had a very positive experience with the leasing office. Karina was amazing from the very first time I called. She answered every question I had, broke down everything I needed to know, and explained the process clearly without ever making me feel like I was bothering her. Her communication was consistent, patient, and professional, and I truly appreciated that during a stressful time. I honestly wish I could have been given the opportunity to show them what a great tenant I am, regardless of what my credit report says. The community seems like a wonderful place to live, and I’m grateful for the respectful help and support I received.

I lived at Ridgedale Manor for three years, just me and my dog. It's in a great area with access to most things you can think of. The ladies at the office, Krystin, Karen, and Karina (hopefully I spelled their names right!) were all very helpful and friendly. The maintenance workers were also great and they did good work. I could walk my dog at night and I never felt unsafe. Everyone I met who also lived there was very nice and there are lots of dog lovers. Ridgedale Manor is wonderful and I highly recommend living there!

Great place to stay...I did 3 yrs....any issues....they addressed in a timely manor. When came time to move i needed assistance in certain aspects. A young lady Named Karina was my office contact and was a phenomenal with providing any and all information when need. She went above n beyond and it was appreciated!

Seems nice because the area but your water will be shut off every week. Apartments are old fashioned and everything falls apart. Then they take everything they can from your security deposit but its ok for them to ruin our cars with those speed bumps. Karen and the other one are rude as hell. Korrine is cool. But yea i tell everyone i know not move here because it sucks. OH AND THEY BUST INTO UR APARTMENT LIKE IDC WHAT YOUR LITTLE PAPERS SAY. YOU DO NOT HAVE WEIRD MEN COME INTO A PLACE WITH ME AND MY DAUGHTER. IF I DONT RESPOND ITS FOR A REASON.

I would leave no stars if I could. Absolutely horrible place to live. I have lived in 3 other apartments in the last 6 years and never have I had a worst experience than this complex. I only lived here a year and there were multiple water mane breaks (one within my first week of living there) I had multiple packages stolen, along with an entire car and the staff didn't seem to care. Even when contacting them about the theft, the least I expected them to do was to send out an email warning other tenants to stay vigilant. But nope. Just a "sorry that happened to you." There are no cameras on this property. The walls seem to be paper thin as I could hear my upstairs neighbor's teen clearly stomping around and screaming profanities at his video games (he also flooded his bathroom causing wat
