The Office Manager is always very helpful and makes sure any maintenance issues are handled very timely. The one thing I wish they would do is cap rent increases on one bedroom apt. For people that have lived there for 15 years and over especially with no updates (mainly rug and cupboards very old and outdated). Only updated for new tenants moving in. This is very costly. But overall a nice place to live.

Been here with my partner for almost 2 years and it’s been great. Whenever we had a question about something or needed some maintenance, they respond within a day. I would recommend to anyone!

Very professional. Definitely would recommend the complex to a friend. The maintenance staff is very friendly and kind. The property manager is a very nice lady who is definitely always looking out for her clients/residents.

Moved here for work, and its been great. Second floor in one of the updated 1brs. Neighbors are good, everything works, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. Even though I'm closer to the highway, the road noise is very small and I haven't noticed it since a week after moving in. Might here the occasional clapped out Honda Civic in the summer, such is life. Everyone seems to have jobs and rarely ever see police here. Pam has been awesome too, very sweet lady! Good place to live, and the price/commute to the city ain't bad at all.

A few months ago I moved in with my son and daughter-n-law here. Pam has been very welcoming, accomadating, and kind. The maintenance men are very thorough and friendly. I enjoy living here.
