The apartment complex is clean quiet the building that I just moved into has been very clean in the entrance even with all the salt. They are pretty fast once you get approved to move in. I very pleased with them so far. The girls in the office are very friendly and easy to talk with. I would definitely recommend looking into living here!

Erica is AWESOME! Erica worked with me every step of the way and got me in my new home fast. The area is beautiful and convenient. I love my new apartment- very spacious and comfortable! The maintenance staff are very nice and helpful as well. Looking forward to spending my foreseen future here.

Good luck getting a hold of anyone. I've had 2 tenants apply for my unit since I bought a house and have to break my lease, they would constantly message me asking why the office never picks up their phone or takes days to reply to emails. They both dropped out due to the property manager never answering or taking weeks on end to finally send some type of paper work. I've left multiple voicemails and emails, no one ever calls but Erica will email me back days later only to tell me to "be patient" yet I'm going to be responsible for the rest of my lease if I don't find a tenant when I found MULTIPLE but she never gets back to them, therefore they stop trying and I'm in the same situation again. I've only been here 40 days, but im very happy with the office, Erica and maintenance. J.R. in maintenance went above and beyond getting my apartment ready early. I think the previous tennant had been here over 20 years. So it was a lot of work getting ready. He did a great job. Paint, carpets, appliances, and batroom fixtures. So far everything is good. Im pleased with my decision to move here to Dorsey Gardens Apartments. Im adding an additional comment on June 4, 2025. In May I put in a request for an AC unit for my apartment. Erica got back to me quickly. She assured me she would order the unit. Within 2 weeks I had a new 12,000 btu a.c. unit installed. Erica in the office, and J.R. in maintenance came through for me again. I really appreciate what they do here at Dorsey Gardens. 5 🌟

I would leave zero stars if I could. I came here for a tour of an apartment, and walked away feeling pretty terrible. The lady was very friendly and nice, but the buildings I went into smelled strongly of pot. The first one wasn't so bad, but the second one smelled pretty fresh and I got high from just inhaling it. I don't know where it came from, but it just lingers, and even the one apartment we toured smelled of it slightly. The buildings were very weird, and the apartments (these were in the basement) felt like a jail cell because the windows aren't very big. Just based on the fact that I got high here from just being in the building, I would not rent here.
