Ridgecrest Townhomes

I have lived here 3 years. I sold my home and was so worried about going back into the rental market but I haven't regretted it at all. The homes are beautiful and management is just wonderful. Everyone that has moved into the community is so friendly and help each other when help is needed.

Don't bother applying here unless you're a perfect human being. My fiance and I make $7,000 a month, have 1 dog, have never been late paying rent, and have all the paperwork to prove it, but because we made some mistakes when we were younger and are working on our credit now, we were denied. April knew about our credit beforehand, lied, and said she would work with us, so we drove all the way up from Tucson to see her tiny, rather unimpressive townhome that she wants $4,000 up front for. Completely unprofessional during the walk through, and definitely not worth applying for.

Terrible experience! Management was a nightmare to deal with! Unfriendly and intrusive! Nothing to do with my credit history or background. I used to live there

Warning! Do not Rent here. Have friends that had a very bad experience renting from the owners.

They are all beand new. Absolutely beautiful. My son lives there.
