Bell's Inspection

I've used Dave (Bells's Inspection) twice now and wish I could give more than 5 stars. He is extremely thorough and detailed. Using his online portal was easy to navigate and get my documents. He was on time both times and I had my report the same day. He is also a pleasure to talk with and available to answer my questions. I HIGHLY recommend using him and his team.

Dave was wonderful to work with on our new home purchase! He was prompt, and did a careful inspection of our home. He went through everything with us, and showed us how a few things worked in the house that we were not aware of. We got our inspection report the same day. We have used a few different home inspectors over the last 20 years, and none have been as great to work with as Dave.

Dave provided a thorough inspection and report outlining the overall condition of my new home. The report included recommendations on any repairs, and items that need to be evaluated by professionals. I appreciated him taking the time to answer my questions and explain in greater detail some of the items on the report. I highly recommend Bell’s Inspection.

Dave Bell gave us a superior pre-home-purchase inspection. He took his time inspecting, then going over his findings with us in person as we expected. But the exceptional quality of his written report was not anticipated. Completely in color, it included a very handy summary at the beginning which was easy to use as a checklist to keep us on track with repairs. Plus he helped us prioritize the work by adding one of three labels: safety hazard, maintenance item or recommendations. His detailed pages included everything he inspected, with statistics. There were many color photos, personal recommendations and suggestions on whether the item would require a qualified specialist, a handyman, or was a DIY job. His detailed organizing made it very easy to jump in and keep going on the work.

Dave Bell has been my right hand for many years. He is thorough, honest and just the best home inspector you will ever find. Dave also is a problem solver and explains everything to my clients in a calm, professional, manner. He provides many photos with his reports to help clarify his findings. I very highly recommend him.
