I absolutely love my property managers at the Foothills Cottonwood office. Jennifer Richardson has been my go to person now for the last four years and it has been smooth sailing. I get my units filled with tenants fast, they respond quickly for repairs and their vendors know what they’re doing and are cost efficient, if there are not they are replaced, very very important.
