Ridge View Apartments

Ok this is going to be long .we been on the waiting list for 5 years Finally a place comes up and we where so happy we did the paper work and payed the 80$ for the back ground chack and then we get a email back saying my husband did not pass the background cack cuz for something that happen 12 years we where in there back in 2015 and it's only my income that we have my husband passed so many background checks for jobs cuz they whent back 7 years and so this is so not cool it's Discriminate agest people like my husband and it's not far where we are right know it 880 I can't afford that on my income it's under new management and we miss the only one we would be in there if she was still there cuz we left on good treams and we clean it up good and we got our deposit back all but 50

Left multiple voicemails and emails over the last few weeks. No response. I will increase this review if they get back to me. Very frustrating.

The property management at this rental is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with.

Called and asked for available apartments and they said they have a wait list 4 years out

They won't even answer my phone calls or even return my call to check availability.
