Red Rock at Sienna Hills Apartments

I’ve had such a great experience with Red Rock at Sienna Hills Apartments. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and in a great location, but what really sets it apart is the staff. Cortney went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress free. They are professional, welcoming, and genuinely care about the residents. I’d definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

Shea McFarland is the best landlord! She makes everything so easy for your first apartment and she keeps up the good vibes all year. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Any problem I’ve had has been fixed next day.

I love living at Red Rock!! Shay is always making me feel welcomed and comfortable anytime I have questions. The maintenance team is also top tier! Skylar was super helpful when I needed my appliance fixed!

Terrible experience with the assistant property manager I believe is Shae. I’ve never had such a frustrating experience with a property management team. Shae was completely unhelpful, disorganized, and frankly seemed indifferent to any concerns I raised. Requests were ignored for weeks, communication was almost nonexistent, and when she did respond, it was dismissive and unprofessional. It felt like I was bothering her just by asking basic questions about the property. If you value efficiency, courtesy, and someone actually doing their job, avoid Shae at all costs. Absolutely the worst renting experience I’ve endured. All other staff members were very friendly and inviting but she was enough to ruin it for me. Be better!

This is one of the cleanest apartment complex properties I have ever been to! You can tell the maintenance crew does their job well and cares about the property. The staff is so kind and they go above and beyond for everyone. I definitely recommend living here
