Ivory Homes - Sendera at Sienna Hills

The model home sales rep Tracie was kind and low pressure from the very first interaction. The incentives and promotions offered through their in house lending were better than we could get anywhere. The Sendera superintendent has been responsive and helpful even after closing. The construction work going on around us after moving in has been respectful and only happens during the week. We are so excited to see what the pool and activity areas will look like this spring!

We rental an airbnb from someone who owns in the Sendera at sienna hills. Beautiful area, lovely homes. But if you wanting to buy a area and do a rental, they are not rental friendly at all. We went to the pool and were harassed by a grown man who I guess works full-time at the pool for ivory homes. Completely disrespectful. He was looking in our bags is being kind of very rude. I would not recommend buying a home in this area if you’re looking to rent out. The pool should be a fun place for family to have fun, not to be micromanaged by a grown man. And they have signs everywhere saying no lifeguard on duty so I don’t even know why he’s there. But he wears a red shirt and an ivory home lanyard. And then the future we will be making sure we do not stay at any rentals that are in any ivory
