Cons: This apartment had problems with mold. Had less headaches when I moved out. There was excessive condensation on the toilets (despite us running the fan 24/7) which led to water pooling behind the toilet from condensation runoff. Parents let their kids run unattended (and while management would repeatedly put out warnings), no actions were taken as far as I know. The garbage site was always a mess. Heating was baseboard and inefficient meaning always expensive. Neighbors were noisy and swat was called at least 2x I lived there. They also wanted to jack up the rent another $200 at the next lease signing. Thank God I was able to buy a house. I just moved into The Ridge and Shores, the management has been very responsive to the few things that always need attention in a move-in and the community seems pretty peaceful for the most part. So far I'm very happy with my decision to move here, close to everything and everywhere but not in the bustle and pretty quiet, the sounds of children after school don't bother me, I enjoy the sounds of life. The apartment itself is adequate and affordable, some of the appliances, cabinets and closets are a bit dated, but functional. Washer and Dryer is a big plus... All in all at this point I'm very satisfied and happy with my move here and management's willingness to address all of my concerns. Consider The Ridge and Shores in your apt. search.

I just moved into this apartment last week, and my experience has been excellent so far. Tom and the entire team made the whole process—from application to move-in—smooth and stress-free. They were very patient and helped me with all my questions. The community is quiet and peaceful, and the location is super convenient for daily life. Overall, I’m really happy with everything so far and would highly recommend this place!

My dog got out yesterday and when she did I was upset because I knew I was gonna get in trouble but when I seen the office lady Kim outside I told her and she understood what happened and knew it was accident but today I got a text back and it was the office guy Tom he was very rude and mean about it when I told him Kim already knows and was understanding he said regardless I need to be careful. It wasn’t the first time but the last time she got out was over six months ago. I’ve been having problems with this guy for the past year with my car getting towed with him not helping me getting a new email on my account for him saying that my son did something when he didn’t I reached out to higher up, but they still didn’t get back to me when they did. Moving to Federal Way from Seattle. Initially considered it because of the lower price & what the neighborhood has to offer. Federal Way was always an efficient area, but has really shined in the past few years. It’s an easy drive to anywhere and everywhere you need. ❤️🥰 For anyone looking at boba shops, dessert shops, asian grocery marts, it’s the best next to Vancouver, Canada. Every time I look at Instagram, every cute new shop is in Federal Way! The apartment search can be overwhelming with so many options nearby. I set tours with quite a few communities & my boyfriend and I are very selective.
