2b/2bh Out of the many places around the area to rent, ridge hill stands out from the others . The major stand out is the price, with everything rising in the area they manage to keep it reasonable on the rent. The neighbors are good and stay pretty quiet around our building. the maintenance are pretty prompt when there is something that's going on. rarely has it taken more than a day or 2 for them to come out on any issue Even if they are pretty swamped. if it's an emergency situation, they are out there right away. the office staff is very helpful and readily there to answer, and if I've had to leave a message they have gotten back to us fast. would definitely recommend making this a place to stay for a bit.

I've lived here for a few years, any kind of maintenance issues, are addressed in a timely manner. The leasing office staff is also very helpful, for good situations or less diserable situations. Good value for the price.

I have live here for a year now and I have not had any major issues. When I do make service call the maintenance do come at qtimely matter i appreciate it that. Its quit haven't any issue with neighbor and I do the like the price other apartment complex are not that nice but more expensive

I rented a one bedroom at this community for 2 years between the summer of 2021 until the summer of 2023. In that time span, my vehicle was broken into 4 times. There is no security. Then when they did hire a security patrol, they only patrolled in the day time, not at night when most vandalism and theft occurs, which makes "perfect sense." They closed the mail area at 5pm. Sometimes before that. Failed to mention this when I moved in. So how are working people supposed to get their mail? What if I was being served an important document? Everybody has a key to the laundry facility. Why not put up a door for the mail area and give everyone a key? I guess that "wouldn't make much sense." Yes the walls are thin.
