Awful person to rent from. My family rented a house owned by Rick white on hunter st. He does not fix anything in the property if it does need to be fixed. We had no heat all winter one year and he didn’t do anything! He was nice to my grandma and when she passed and we were late on 1 payment he wanted us out immediately! That’s when Rick started being really awful to my mother and said the only reason we had been living there was because of my grandma. When my grandma died, Rick didn’t give us more than a week to get all our stuff so most of it was left, we didn’t have anywhere to put it or the time to figure it out. Worst landlord ever I was renting from him for five years and was getting section 8 Housing. He didn’t want to fix up anything that was requested by section 8 minor stuff repair front door. He had to make sure my windows stay up mind you my windows never open up since I’ve been living there Never came and got the sewer clean. The front porch flooded like a pool. I wouldn’t recommend no one renting from him the only sweet guy thts there is Mr Johnny his secretary.

House had mice, nails poking out of the carpet, the whole house floor was uneven, slum lord FOR SURE ! THEY DONT COME FIX ANYTHING AT ALL but wants rent on time 0 out of 10 I would never recommend renting from him my doors wouldn't lock properly. Walls are dry Rot. Paint was chipped on the wall heaters wouldn't work and the windows don't open

Worst landlord imaginable. My mother rents from him - plumbing has been clogged up for over 2 weeks and nothing whatsoever done about it, despite many phone calls. Toilet water coming up from underneath, the house smells disgusting, she can't use any water and it won't go down the drains - just sitting there, a serious health hazard.

Nice, honest and straight up. They've been good to me, my wife and 3 boys. Always there when we have had a problem. Awesome people 👍
