If you have the option to live there, don't take it. It's 2026 and I still see that they haven't improved anything. I called to request my income document for taxes, and it turns out they didn't have my current address, even though I had given it to them personally. I had to repeat it, and they assured me it would arrive the following week. A week has passed, and it never arrived. Now it's the new week, and I have my tax filing appointment, and I don't have the document. I call, and they don't answer; they're always closed. That's why I decided to move out of that poorly managed and terrible property. You report an urgent issue like dampness, and they come a month later—it's a joke! This is the best apartment complex ever they give out free food for free gift cards. They have a pool a park a field. This is really good and if you have kids, there’s other kids that live here and that your kids can be friends with 10/10

I would give it zero but they don't have that option this place is mice ridden, roach having nasty apartments they care about you or the building mice dead In the hallway I had mold in my apartment for 3 months before they finally fixed it this is a slum Lord apartments in a decent neighborhood! Need to gut all those apartments!

Try to avoid this place if you can. Not counting military deployment, it is the worst place I have ever lived. They do bi-annual inspections of your apartment. If you work from home this is disruptive, but still probably better then having them go through your apartment unsupervised. Do you like mice? I've tried a number of different traps, only the glue ones worked. You will need them, lots of them. It is managed by Highland Property Management, who can be summarized in one word: deceptive. When you sign the lease at the office you will be handed a stack of papers, some numbered and some not. Don't look at location of this place. the pictures they putted on the website are not like the actually, I had been in this location for more then 1.5 year and finally found a better place better place then this. The following are the bad things in this building: 1- People are using Marijuana inside of the building. 2- Old kitchen with full of mice. 3- Old carpets full dirt are placed in these units. 4. upon leaving the unit they will charge you 500-700 dollar just for cleaning the unit.
