There is a reason these people always have cheap units available. Don’t expect them to cover ANY maintenance on the 20+ year old AC units, rusted out swamp coolers, plumbing, or even old light fixtures that constant blow out the ballast… If your AC unit goes out they’ll just stick a window unit in your wall and call it done. If YOU install a AC unit to replace the existing one that’s is 20+ years old, they want to charge you to remove it when you leave. Plumbing causing issues, they’ll blame you and ask if you’re flushing tampons or wipes without even offering to send someone out, not a joke. Old light fixtures keep blowing out the light bulbs YOU paid for, too bad fix it or upgrade the fixtures yourself.
