Rhythm

New to Rhythm—not the neighborhood—and already it feels like a glimpse into the future of millennial and neurodivergent living spaces. The building is quiet, clean, and the staff and residents have been welcoming, which made settling feel seamless. And Meg—is the absolute Bee’s Knees and probably my favorite apartment manager in the Lower East Side. If you know, you know. If there’s one thing that would make this place even better, it would be a rooftop access and/or a sauna or pool—but honestly, that’s the only thing missing.

I have experienced firsthand the positive feedbacks others have posted. My son calls Rhythm his home now and I helped him move in last year. We committed to the lease, site unseen, just by Bryce’s video tour. He’s such an asset to the company. He’s very welcoming, accommodating, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, pleasant. I can be pesky but he has never shown annoyance, always with a positive demeanor. The place is clean, well-maintained & has a warm, welcoming feeling. It has a LOT of storage. It’s a REAL pet-friendly accommodation! They have Guest Suites for rent for tenants’ friends & family. Residents are decent. Maintenance staff reliable. Location is perfect, just across a nice supermarket. Lounging in the lobby takes away homesickness just by watching the vibrant surrounding.

My partner and I loved living in the rhythm apartments! The best part was Meg, she always made us feel supported, safe, and welcomed. Seeing her smiling face and amazing attitude and care was so special! 10/10!!

Rhythm is a great place to live in a perfect location in downtown Milwaukee. Rhythm has great facilities including a gym and garaged parking. The lobby has amenities such as coffee and games. The apartment staff is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. The maintenance team is also very responsive and is very quick to resolve issues. I've been living at Rhythm for about 9 months now and couldn't be happier.

I’ve been living here for a few months now, and I can honestly say it’s been an amazing experience. The apartment is modern and spacious, with all the latest amenities. I love the co-working lounge, and my balcony as it has a great view of the city. The location is perfect, and I love how peaceful it is while still being close to shopping, dining, and public transportation. The management and staff are incredibly friendly and responsive (shout-out to Meg and Ben) – they go above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcome and taken care of. There was a day when I needed a few print outs and the machine we have wasn't working. I had to leave next morning at 9 and Meg made sure I have those before I left.
