I handle a private unit in a Rhamco-managed property for a client. We have been renting out the unit for the past couple years, and Laura Bonci has been our point of contact. She is very responsive, patient and helpful through the process! In a world of management companies being hard to reach, Laura has been a breath of fresh air!

Great landlord. Rented an apartment from them for two years. The apartment was nice, rent was extremely reasonable for the quality and location, building is well-maintained, maintenance was prompt and thorough. Would highly recommend renting from RHAMCO and we were sad to be moving out

I lived in one of their buildings and never had any issues during my stay. The building was clean, well maintained, quite, and the tenants were respectful. I also found the management to be very professional and structured. A special shout out to Nikki Lizzo - she was incredibly supportive, kind and helpful. She was easy to communicate with and quite prompt in responding to/addressing any concerns I had as a tenant. Also, when I had to leave the apartment on a short notice due to personal reasons, Nikki was very understanding and supportive, which actually made my move out process quite smooth and hassle free. Thank you Nikki !!

I cannot recommend this property management company due to their poor customer service and questionable practices. When attempting to sublet an apartment, the broker instructed me to pay an application fee through homewisedocs. After paying the fee, I decided not to proceed with the sublet application due to the broker's lack of communication. Despite never applying, the company has refused to refund my application fee through homewisedocs. This experience has left me feeling misled and financially disadvantaged. Potential renters should be cautious when dealing with this company, as their policies prioritize profit over fair treatment of clients.
