This is coming from another Closer at another Title Company. I can't say enough great things about Theresa, Jessica and their team. It so important to have great Title Partners in this industry. We just worked on a very difficult file together and these ladies stepped up, linked arms with me and we got it closed. Thank you RG Title! You are the perfect example of team work, true professionalism and customer service. I look forward to many more transactions with you!

I would not recommend this company. Seller wanted to use this company to close fast and they did but they did not send wire instructions thru the email to send the wire on time, as well as sending incorrect and automated emails that were confusing. More importantly the company did not make sure the I/I sewer inspection was complete and therefore fell onto me to fix this issue and costs 15,000 dollars and they did not bring this to attention of me at all which they are ethically obligated To do! Also I had called three days in a row to speak with someone about this issue and explain to me as to why they are able to close, but a better more reputable title company will not close on it until said inspection was complete, as to which a week later they have not returned my phone call or explain

RG Title Company was a very professional company. Kelly Mayer was friendly, informative and helpful every step of the way, especially the day of our closing.
