Horrendous. I wish could give zero stars. During my stay at the Retreat I encountered SEVERAL issues. The front desk staff turnover was insane. Every staff member had an attitude and totally unwelcoming. No one EVER answered the phone nor the emergency maintenance line. I’ve went days without working appliance or proper plumbing. During the holidays they close weeks at a time and still refuse to answer the emergency service line. I would put in work orders that were never completed! Building was old and paint was constantly chipping/peeling. At one point my hot water tank went out and they replace it and accidentally floored my entire downstairs and just kindve told me oh well, it’ll dry. I’ve had their lawn care services hit rocks while cutting grass and it would hit and SHATTER my front

Nice, Quiet place. Parks and a field for kids to play in. Staff and Board are nice and courteous!! Signal 88 Security patrols property. Makes me and my kids feel safe!! They are nice, and always willing to listen and help!! Maintenance is quick to fix any problems. KEEP IT UP

I called on Monday around 3:50pm no answer I walked to the office it was closed. Why is the office closed on the days supposed to be open? When can we come in to speak to representatives? Office staff need to do better on answering their phone call and open on the open days. I feel like they just open when they want to and close when they want to that’s not good. It’s also not the first day I have had this experience.

This would be the LAST place anyone needs to move into .
