Let me start off by saying, thank you to the new property management, RADCO. I appreciate your professionalism, community gatherings and all of the positive changes that are in the works. I have lived at the Retreat at River Park for a year now and I truly love this area. Yesterday I woke up to a flooded apartment and I didn't have time to panic before maintenance knocked on my front door and jumped right into action. What was even more impressive, is property management also arrived to assess and assist with getting the matter resolved. This showed a sincere concern and level of care I've not experienced at any other property. I'm so grateful to have Leadership that authentically appreciate their tenants and demonstrates it. From start to finish, my move-in process was the best experience I’ve ever had. Everything was smooth, well-organized, and exceeded my already high expectations after speaking with the leasing agent, Ty. He went above and beyond to make the process seamless and stress-free, and I truly felt supported every step of the way. Julio and Ty were friendly, responsive, and highly professional. Thank you !! I absolutely love my apartment! The complex and surrounding area are quiet, clean, and cozy.

The property is not only attractive and well landscaped but also very clean and quiet. The Leasing office is fantastic since we got Ty and Julio in 2025 who are both professional and kind. I have lived here over 10 years because of all that and that it is a great location and friendly community. The maintenance staff couldn't be better. They are capable and efficient , things taken care of ASAP and have been here a long time which is a good sign.

Thank you Mr.Gillman for being very humbled truly professional and very knowledgeable about the community you work for. Upon giving me the opportunity of touring this location I was very impressed with the up keep of the property and the cleanliness of the apartment. Update: Thanks, TY, for the update and I really appreciate the quick response from the property management; I have really enjoyed my time living in this community and looking forward to working with the new property. So excited for the new changes and I appreciate your professionalism and all of the positive changes that have been schedule for the next few months Put in a work request for pest control last week and was told that someone would be out on Friday. No one showed up. Asked the manager today about it and he said someone would be out today. But still no one has showed up for pest control.
