Lucy is very nice and I really like her level of customer service. I leased the apartment with Jackie and no sooner than my move in date, I find that everything she told me about the apartment was a lie. She wouldn’t even let me see photos cause it wasn’t ready but even after I told her that I understood that the apartment wasn’t ready I was going to move in regardless she refused. I can see why she refused. It wasn’t the same floor plan she told me at all. I came in very upset and spoke with Lucy. She calmed me down and with in two days she fixed all of my problems I had. The rent was fairly cheap during the almost 7 years I lived here but not worth the experience. My car was broken into and vandalized 4 times in the parking lot until it was finally stolen and totaled. The apartment was infested with roaches and flying ants. All of the appliances had issues practically from day 1. It is very difficult to get in contact with management. I was charged $15 a month for a “damage waiver program” despite multiple emails from the office claiming this charge would be removed, as I had purchased my own renter’s insurance, but it never was. There was a fire in our bathroom caused by a faulty exhaust fan and thankfully we had closed the bathroom door, otherwise the damage would have been far worse and our cats could have died. DO NOT MOVE HERE. LIKE FORREAL. If I could give negative 10 stars I would. I moved in almost three weeks ago and I should’ve known after signing the lease and viewing the unit that it was a bad move. The apartment was NOT move in ready. The door knob on the front door was loose, the ceilings were dirty and dusty, the appliances weren’t plugged in and there was a horrible odor coming from the kitchen, there was black mold under the kitchen sink, the appliances and cabinets were dirty, half the lights in the apartment weren’t working, the kitchen drawers were off track, the kitchen floor had all kinds of scuffs and tears, cabinets were missing knobs, the toilet wasn’t working, and the cosmetic flaws were through the roof! After viewing this property with Jacqueline and finally getting a start date for my new job, I was going to apply here. But after 2-3 emails asking about availability to Jacqueline. I kept getting replies that didn't answer my question at all. Seems like Jac can't understand English that well. Due to her failure to reply to my questions, just shows me how the office is ran. My boyfriend and I viewed an apartment on 5/10/2025 with Jaqueline. I do not remember the apartment number exactly but I do know it was on the first floor. We viewed one of the newly renovated apartments which we loved, when getting more information about pricing and how to apply, we were told that the available apartment 5-104 was the exact same as the apartment we viewed.
