Communication is non existent at this place. You will literally have to go into the office when they are open to get assistance. Living here was nothing but a headache from start to finish. I lived in the same hall as a nightmare neighbor who screamed at her significant other daily, swept trash in front of everyone’s doors, walked the outside hall and parking garage in her underwear, constantly caused chaos. The list goes on! Despite numerous complaints and even police involvement, management never did anything. They always took her side just because she helped clean the property. Maintenance requests took forever, and they got rid of the only crew that actually cared. The parking garage is extremely noisy, and roaches were an issue that management tried to downplay.One of the former pro

I love my home. So much space for the price and different offers that help those in an awkward position financially be able to afford moving in immediately. I feel safe and the staff is making an effort to improve their customer service but I miss the old staff. They made this feel like a community and not just a place to live. I can't wait until all the facilities rolled into the price are up and running again. I think discounts should be in order until these included amenities are made available. I have referred and still endorse this community. Them trying is much more than most other communities offer so I'd say dive in and take the plunge. Peace is priceless. You won't regret it!

I’ve been flooded six times here, first time the day we moved in. I’ve had two cars stolen because they leave the garage door broken 6 months at a time and only fixed it after my second car was stolen. Garbage is always heaping outside. Delivery lockers are busted, And have been for a year or more. I’ve asked for simple fixes and they never get around to it like I got broken drawers in the kitchen, they just need a plastic piece to fix it. Our AC unit never worked right another year. They kept telling us they would replace it but instead I bought a window unit Because it was so unbearable last summer, And after the summer ended, they finally replaced it after gaslighting us for months that it wasn’t broken. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. In my experience, the staff is unhelpful and rarely takes responsibility for resolving issues. Maintenance is slow, inconsistent, and often ineffective, with a different person showing up each time. Complaints go unanswered, phone calls aren’t returned, and communication overall is poor. The property may look nice at first, but the apartments feel overpriced for what you actually get, including outdated appliances, always broken amenities, and horrific communication. Based on my time here, it has been frustrating and not worth the time or money!

The apartment was very beautiful and very spacious. I had found my first apartment in America. I wanted to stay there for three to four years, but unfortunately, the prices suddenly went up a lot. When I lived in other places, they would go up by $50. Here, they went up by $200 all at once. This is unfair. I had to pull the strings. I wish I could stay for four years.
