Residences on Penn Apartments

First of all, these apartments are BEAUTIFUL. My husband and I will be applying and signing a lease here! Staff are very kind and helpful - but they also keep it real. Huge shout out to the biggest help, Danita!! She is a team player and is about her stuff! She kept it real the entire time while also walking us through the steps and making everything super easy. If you’re looking for an affordable yet luxury apartment, this is the place.. huge bonus if you’re working with Danita. 😉

In terms of managment they are fantastic from my experience so far. A new company just took over managment (LR Management) and Danita was amazing. Super helpful, friendly, and has a great attitude. She gave a great tour and was very accomodating. Everyone in the main office was very friendly and they're getting a lot of work done quickly. I will be moving in, in the following week.

Heather is amazing, she allowed me to take my time and tour the apartment. It was a holiday week and she still was able to get us in on that week. She made the transition and process so easy for us. We definitely appreciate her for everything she did to get us moved in when we wanted to. She also gave us a great deal for the following month! Super kind and warm hearted! Thank you so much Heather! We appreciate you!

Visited this property for a tour and let me just say.. Ms. Danita is by far one of the very best leasing consultants I've ever worked with. She was so polite and professional! She answered all of my questions and concerns about the property and she made sure she was very informative. The 1 bedroom unit was very nice and Ms. Danita was the first person in a long time to actually provide a real tour with details really aiming to lease the unit. I'm currently still doing tours but I couldn't go without saying this property is beautiful and the customer service I received was fabulous! On a Saturday at that.

I have lived here going on 5 years now, and I have to give the current team big credit, Heather, Dawn, and Danita have been nothing but kind, respectful, and most of all, helpful. This place was off to a rocky start when we first moved in, with community also up in arms against it when this place had it's old name. With that being said, I really believe things are slowly getting better and I am happy to share my experience! Always a pleasure going in to discuss any issues or ask questions.
