Poet Place Apartments

If you’re looking for a nice place with more of a home feel, I’d say you found it here. Cute, quaint and quiet. So far the residents I’ve met have been SO wonderful.

I moved into poet place apartment just this year on April 4th. Never had any issues at first however, on June 22nd someone came to my home and threw a glass bottle through my bedroom window. June 23rd the maintenance man did come and board my window up quickly. It is now September 24th almost October and they still haven’t came to replace my window. Almost 4 months later with no window it’s beyond ridiculous. I have a 9 month old who sleeps in the bed with me that they’re aware of. It is no longer hot outside. During the nights it’s rainy, windy, and cold. This is her 3rd time getting sick in the past month because of the amount of cold air coming through. Yet they’re quick to call me regarding rent or quick to send a 7 day notice, but when I ask about when my window will be fixed they nev

I just applied for an apartment. I got approved. Since it has been approved they have not made contact with me. And no matter how many times I have called there has been no response from any of their staff. They were very happy to take my money but not very happy to send emails, recieve emails, or take phone calls. I wouldn't bother with this apartment complex. At least I know before I signed a lease that this is how they are run.

This is the perfect location, perfect price, perfect size, washer and dryer in units, fully updated . I love it!
