Tanisha has made my move out process very smooth and easy!! She is very responsive and attentive to your needs. I hope she continues to be the manager for Royal woods because there will definitely be improvement in communication.

Great family friendly environment. We've lived here for over a year and I'm very happy with our home. The management and maintenance guys are great! They truly do care and if an issue arises, they handle it immediately. They are pet friendly and there's lots of kids. The neighbors are friendly and of the ones I've met they've all been kind and respectful. I definitely recommend this place - 5 stars all day! Keep up the good work.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! They are glorified scam artists! They never answer the phone for any questions on bills, maintenance or when trying to move out, then once you move out they try to make you pay more then what you are suppose to with out letting you know why, I have tried to call, email and text them and once again they will not answer or respond back, If I could give 0 stars I would, do not think twice about moving here because it would be the BIGGEST mistake you have made!

I lived here for ten years and the place keeps getting worse. They go through several managers and maintenance personnel. The property manager doesn't do her job and do back ground checks like she's supposed to. When I first moved in you couldn't have a felony and now there's convicted drug dealers. There's kids here, hello! They keep raising the rent. Was $690 for a 2 bedroom, now $1,000. Yes, they redid the kitchens and baths, but some people were complaining because not all the floors or fixtures were done in some apartments, including my half bath and never got my new doors or window blinds. Since they let dogs in the tenants never pick up after them and landlord doesn't do anything about that. Parking is a joke, had to walk from Rite Aid lots of times before. It used to be a nice, qui
