Residences at Trolley Park

I went to Trolley Park to look at apartments, and Elena was very accommodating. She showed me two units that were very clean and nice, and she helped me through the process of getting an apartment and signing the lease. Elena was communicative and respectful throughout the entire experience. I can’t wait to move into this beautiful residence.

I want to take a moment to recognize the apartment manager (Elena) for going above and beyond to help me get approved and moved in. From start to finish, they worked incredibly hard, stayed communicative, and truly advocated for me throughout the entire process. It was clear they cared—not just about filling a unit, but about helping me find a home. Their professionalism, persistence, and kindness made what could have been a very stressful situation feel manageable and supported. I am extremely grateful for their effort, dedication, and willingness to help when it truly mattered. Managers like this make a huge difference, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Ms.Elena really did her best to ensure my tour was successful and got right on trying to help me with securing the property. She is sufficient at what she does. Thank you so much

Not the the best apartments. I lived here since Dec 2023 left September 2nd 2025. The office leasing Jessica r. Very unprofessional. Quiet due to what she was doing to me and what I knew that could cost her job. Never the less voucher are being taken advantage of. I had 2 leases.. they were not sure which lease was the correct one due to them not going by how much we make but just the rent keeps going up. When you look at what I have written at the bottom I was paying $1,958 a month needing help I did not get any type of help voucher wise. I was paying 60% and Aurora housing paid 40% all together 3200$ 3 bedrooms.. I tried to seek help but I haven't gotten any call backs I wrote and did a letter of complaint.
